ABOUT THE JOB
At CAIA Cosmetics, creativity is at the heart of everything we do. We're passionate about creating bold and boundary-pushing campaigns. Now, we're looking for a Producer to join our dynamic Creative Team in Stockholm, someone who can bring ideas to life with both creativity and precision.
As our Producer, you'll play a key role in shaping and producing world-class campaigns that elevate CAIA's visual storytelling. You'll work closely with our Head of Campaigns, Creative Director and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across multiple channels, from digital and social media to e-commerce and product launches and print.
You're a natural storyteller who can turn creative ideas into impactful brand experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love collaborating with talented people, and have an eye for detail that ensures every piece of content feels distinctly CAIA.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize, develop, and produce creative ideas for product campaigns and launches.
- Manage campaign production from concept to delivery — ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align storytelling and visuals.
- Support the Creative Director in developing best-in-class campaign materials and insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and production vendors.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and production logistics to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL SKILLS
- Experienced in production management, ideally from a creative agency or production company.
- A strong creative thinker with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of content production.
- Excellent communicator and team player who can inspire both internal and external collaborators.
- Passionate about beauty, fashion, and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to travel for events and international activities.
- Bonus: You have a great network of photographers, makeup artists, and other creative professionals.
