What you will enjoy doing

• Manage accounts payable processes in SAP ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate closely with our outsourced AP team in India and your colleague in Sweden to secure smooth operations
• Drive improvement projects within the AP function to enhance efficiency and automation
• Develop and monitor KPIs to steer performance and deliver measurable results
• Identify and implement process improvements that create value and strengthen internal controls
• Act as a proactive partner to stakeholders by providing insights and solutions that support business goals

What makes you great

• Solid experience working in SAP with a strong understanding of AP processes
• Proven track record of collaborating with outsourced AP functions and managing cross-border workflows
• Excellent English communication skills enabling clear and effective interaction with global teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
• High attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage projects and deliver results while maintaining a focus on efficiency and compliance
• You have an University degree in Finance or accounting, and you have already gained at least a few years of experience in a related industrial environment
