HR Business Partner

In this position you will be supporting the countries of Sweden and the Netherlands

Your position

Are you passionate about HR consulting and being a trusted partner to both employees and leaders in Sweden and the Netherlands? As a local HR Business Partner, you'll serve as the key point of contact, providing expert guidance on a broad range of HR topics—from hiring and termination to performance management, engagement, and compensation & benefits. You'll collaborate closely with our Global Competence Center and report to the Head of People & Culture, Europe North & West Countries. This role is based in Lund, but you'll occasionally travel to our site near Stockholm.

Your tasks

• Partnering with business on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, high-potential development, succession planning)
• Ensuring alignment with global HR policies while complying with Swedish and Dutch labor laws and regulations
• Supporting change management efforts and promoting adoption of global HRIS tools among employees and leaders
• Implementing both individual and collective HR measures, including industrial relations
• Driving employee engagement and lead the implementation of People & Culture programs at a local level

Your profile

• Strong communicator with a proactive and pragmatic mindset
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience with systematic work environment management (Arbetsmiljö)
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, preferably in a matrix organization

Languages: English – proficient / fluent, Swedish – proficient / fluent, Dutch - proficient/fluent (nice to have)

Nice to have: Experience in manufacturing, mining or tech-industry; Dutch labor law
