How You Will Make An Impact
In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing Operational Supply Chain Planning Team across 3 sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across Arla to enhance production optimization, inventory control, and distribution. Additionally, your daily responsibilities will include

• Lead and coach 10 direct reports across 3 locations (Linköping, Falkenberg & Solna) to foster a culture of safety, service, and cost efficiency
• Drive strategic change management initiatives
• Implement cost-saving initiatives & drive continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Global Planning, Production & Logistics
• Collaborate closely and share best practise with peers within the global MY SC planning & production site Leadership Team(s)
• Drive the service & waste dialogue in the SE Market in strong collaboration with Demand Planning / Commercial
• Ensure effective communication and inspire the organization with business acumen
• Implement & anchor new roles & process with potentially local adaptations
• Report directly to the Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning MY SE, contributing to strategic planning and execution

What Will Make You Successful
We are seeking a natural leader with a strong background in supply chain management and/or experience in the FMCG industry experience within Europe. Experience in the dairy industry is an advantage. Furthermore, you have;

• 3+ years of experience in people or project management and leading through others
• Strong educational background at bachelor's level or higher in supply chain, management, production, engineering, maintenance or logistics
• Fluent in English & Swedish, spoken & written
• Proven experience leading transformational change within a global matrix organization
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior leadership effectively
