Assistant / Project Manager for New Cocktail Bar

We are looking for a driven and experienced person to assist in the opening of a new cocktail bar and restaurant in Stockholm.

You will work closely with the owner to manage all aspects of the project — from planning and coordination to helping set up operations before opening day.

Your role includes:

  • Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing all stages of the restaurant opening
  • Supporting with supplier communication, permits, and logistics
  • Helping to recruit and organize the team
  • Overseeing timelines, budgets, and setup
  • Acting as the owner's "left hand" — ensuring the project runs smoothly

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Knowledge of cocktails, kitchen operations, and restaurant management

Please note: This position requires previous experience in managing or leading within a restaurant, café, or bar.

If you do not have hands-on experience in the industry, this role will not be suitable — it's a demanding project management position.

Recruitment process:
