Your mission
In this role, you manage and execute internal communication to strengthen understanding of our brand, strategy, and core values. Your work fosters engagement and supports a healthy communication climate across the organization. You create clear, timely, and targeted content for multiple platforms, ensuring messages resonate and drive collaboration.
You coach leaders and employees on effective communication – helping them craft messages, choose channels, and reach audiences in the best way. You also contribute to global initiatives such as communication trainings, change projects, and strategy rollouts.
What you do:
- Develop professional, targeted materials such as presentations, podcasts, videos, and intranet content for key initiatives.
- Create strategic content using storytelling to boost engagement.
- Support communication for strategic projects.
- Analyze communication impact and gather feedback to improve effectiveness.
- Host communication trainings and support change initiatives.
- Key point of contact for various management teams and key stakeholders for communications planning and coaching.
- Manage internal channels, publish content, and advise on channel strategy.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to align communication on employee matters.
- Support internal activities like webinars, town halls, and engagement events.
This role is based in Stockholm or Sandviken, Sweden, and supports a hybrid working model with both remote and on-site work. You report to the Head of Internal Communications.
Your profile
We're looking for communication specialists with experience in content creation, storytelling, and channel management, along with web editing and publishing skills. You have a relevant university degree such as Communications or Journalism – or equivalent experience and knowledge. Experience from internal communication in global organizations and documented skills in digital communication tools and AI are expected. You're comfortable prioritizing in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content. Swedish language skills are a strong plus.
You're proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident coaching leaders. Adaptability and flexibility help you thrive in change, and you bring strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration. Creativity, attention to details, and a hands-on mentality define your approach.
Our culture
Innovation is in our DNA and we're proud to shape the future of manufacturing in close collaboration with our customers and partners. We believe in an inclusive, equal and open-minded culture, and we nurture our diversities to form a solid foundation for achieving great results.
