Your activities
- Proactively manage and expand sales within the assigned region, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand needs, present tailored solutions, and reinforce brand value.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that address customer challenges.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company policies and market conditions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Your profile
- Proven track record in field sales, territory management, or account development.
- A degree level qualification in a technical discipline would be advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
