Business Developer MAN Financial Services

TRATON Finans AB is a financial services company within the business area TRATON Financial Services. We offer financing and insurance of TRATON products through our seven branches in the Nordic and Baltic countries. With a customer finance portfolio that exceeds 26 billion SEK, TRATON Finans AB is the largest financial services company within TRATON. The company has around 100 employees, of which half are located at the headquarters in Södertälje.

Role Summary
The main responsibility of the Business Developer - Finance Products in TRATON Finans AB is to develop, lead, manage existing and new leasing products and services, with the aim increase profitability and efficiency while enabling increased customer value and satisfaction. This is achieved by acting on available business intelligence to investigate business development potential and assist the business and operation in developing and implementing activities to: develop offers; expand solutions portfolio; sell additional products and services; develop the network or ways to get the most out of the existing organisation thus interacting with distributors, dealers and customers.

The area of responsibility also includes how to improve sales processes for the product portfolio

Job Responsibilities

• Experience in business/product development, preferably within leasing/financial services.
• Strong analytical, communication and result-driven capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with ability to drive and follow up overall and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure knowledge-based decisions through market, customer and competitor analysis.
• Promote a customer- and result-oriented mindset.
• Identify deviations and develop action plans.
• Analyse development potential and create new leasing and financing products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, dealers and customers.
• Prepare business cases, benchmarks and reports.
• Support product launches and marketing activities.
• Plan and lead development projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation, follow-up and adjustment when needed.
• Work according to the TRATON FS Way and contribute to structured processes and ongoing improvements.

Who You Are

• Relevant education or equivalent work experience in customer financing (product and market).
• Strong business knowledge; experience from a similar role is an advantage.
• Experience in selling leasing products and solutions.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Good presentations skills.
• Knowledge of product management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
