Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and analyze potential investment opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial modelling and valuation work.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and support end-to-end deal execution.
  • Contribute to ongoing portfolio monitoring and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong analytical abilities with advanced financial modelling skills.
  • Fluency in any of the Nordic languages.
