founded by accomplished international HR tech entrepreneurs. The initiative is building a
next-generation leadership consulting and executive intelligence platform
, designed for visionary CEOs and CHROs preparing for the

consulting firm, media outlet, and business network
, redefining how organizations approach leadership, human potential, and technology in the coming decade.


About the Role: Managing Partner

Our client is seeking a
Managing Partner
— a true builder and strategic leader — to co-found and scale this new venture. The right person will help establish the platform's Nordic presence and expand globally, shaping its strategy, partnerships, and thought leadership footprint.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the platform as a
    strategic business and leadership partner
    .
  • Drive
    membership growth
    , partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
  • Build a
    Nordic ecosystem
    of top executives, strategists, and experts.
  • Represent the brand across the
    leadership and innovation landscape
    , expanding later into US and European markets.
  • Co-develop new
    strategic models, offerings, and growth frameworks
    with the founders.


Ideal Profile

  • Exceptional
    communication and executive presence
    .
  • Proven ability to
    lead complex projects
    and build senior relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the intersection between
    technology, organization, and talent
    .
  • Background in
    management consulting, strategy, or business development
    .
  • Experience at firms like McKinsey, BCG, or similar is a plus — but an
    entrepreneurial spirit
    is essential.
