About The Role
As a team, we support managers and other stakeholders within fields of administration, employee & consultant handling, internal/external events, and different facility needs. Accuracy, flexibility and timely delivery are the essence of our daily work. We are a creative, energetic, and ambitious support team, working in a collaborative and international setting. Our mission is to be relevant where we are needed the most. Thus, we are involved in a great variety of assignments and activities. We also take great pride in improving administrative and system-related processes cross-SEB, proactively cooperating with other SEB teams and stakeholders within the bank.

You will work as the one and only representative from our team at the Örebro office. You will collaborate with both our global team and customers weekly, as well as the Swedish team and customers daily.

You Will

  • Be the first point of entry for all requests, questions and activities related to Örebro customers and facility needs
  • Support managers daily with various tasks in the fields of administration
  • Oversee Örebro newcomers On- and Offboarding for employes and consultants
  • Drive improvement of existing internal processes & creating new ones, handling internal initiatives and projects
  • Coordinate site specific needs such as handling access for visitors and external guests, support the process in understanding the needs of various office supplies and improvements
  • Deliver modern administration and drive initiatives in an energetic and efficient way following agile methodology

  • Experience in MS office
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral
  • Experience with agile methods is meritorious
