About the Role

AVOLT is looking for a Creative Intern to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you'll support the creation and production of visual content that strengthens our brand and drives engagement across digital channels. You'll work closely with the Creative Director and Growth Lead, gaining hands-on experience in everything from concept development to editing and delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Video Editing: Create engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Photo & Film: Capture photos and video for smaller campaigns and everyday content – such as native mobile content or camera stills. For larger productions and collaborations, you'll support external photographers and production partners.
  • Organic & Paid Content: Assist in producing both organic social content and materials for ads and performance marketing. Help adapt storytelling and visuals for different platforms and trends — beyond just adjusting formats.
  • Concept & Production: Contribute to developing visual campaign ideas together with the Creative Director and Growth Lead, and support the production process from planning to delivery.
  • Trend Research: Stay up to date on content, design, and social media trends, and bring fresh, creative ideas that align with AVOLT's visual identity and tone.
Who You Are
  • Creative, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about creating visually strong content that inspires and engages.
  • Experience or education in content creation, design, or media production is a plus.
  • Awareness of digital culture and a strong sense for what resonates on different platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset — comfortable taking direction and contributing ideas.
Skills & Tools
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Lightroom, Canva, and Figma for still image editing, layout, and visual design.
  • Understanding of photo retouching, composition, and optimizing still material for digital platforms.
  • Familiar with camera (DSLR/mirrorless) and mobile content creation.
