Company Description

BY BANOO is a fast-growing fashion company, specialised in work bags for women. It was founded in 2021 by two sisters and aim to become the global leading brand for business accessories for women.

Role Description

Our team is growing and we're looking for a student who is in the mid/end of their studies to work on an hourly basis as part of the BY BANOO team, primarily with Operations such as logistics, finance, e-commerce, customer care and admin. This is a great way to gain insights from a fast-growing fashion startup and grow into more mature roles as you develop.

Example of tasks

  • Corresponding with our 3PL (warehouse) and solve different problems
  • Updating our website with new product info
  • Conducting sales reports and other financial data for book keeping
  • Invoicing
  • Customer Care through email, chat and social media
  • Corresponding with our factories and suppliers

Other tasks that may be requested

  • Content creation behind the scenes
  • Assist at photoshoots
  • Handling returns and claims, including, when applicable, organizing shipments of packages related to this
  • Other tasks if necessary

Qualifications

  • You are currently pursuing a
    university degree and are based in Stockholm
  • You have excellent written communication in both Swedish and English - grammar and spelling come easy
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily
  • You are a DOER, you love to check off the to-do list and get excited to solve problems
  • You are service-minded, always having the customer in mind and going the extra mile to give them a great experience
  • You love learning new things and actively seek out opportunities to develop professionally

Working conditions

  • Flexible working between our office in Vasastan and remote, we want you to spend at least 50% of your time in our office
  • 5-10 hours/week
