The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of international marketing strategies specifically tailored for the Paper and Packaging industries. This position requires a forward-thinking leader who is capable of anticipating market shifts and identifying new business opportunities. You will work collaboratively across functions to lead transformational initiatives that enhance business growth and deliver measurable results. Accountabilities
  • Drive the strategic growth roadmap for Towel/Tissue and Barrier Coatings, ensuring regional execution.
  • Lead the annual Consumer Solutions communications plan with cross-functional partners.
  • Direct growth projects across the business, aligned with senior management.
  • Promote best practices to maximize growth synergies.
  • Provide regular, data-driven updates on strategic project impact to senior leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field. MBA a plus.
  • 7+ years of professional work experience in Marketing or related roles within the paper and/or packaging Industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build strong results-driven teams with a focus on influence.
  • Strong organizational development skills and organizational savvy.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills and adept at stakeholder management.
  • Possess business courage and adaptability to a fast-paced environment, managing risks through data-driven insights.
  • Experience in leading global scaled initiatives while working remotely strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (both domestic and international).
