Role Overview

The Project Planner develops, maintains and manages project schedules to support successful and timely delivery. Working with project managers and cross-functional teams, the Planner ensures clear progress visibility, risk awareness and alignment across engineering, procurement and construction functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and baseline project schedules.
  • Break down scope into activities and logical sequences.
  • Track progress and perform critical path analysis.
  • Produce weekly/monthly dashboards and reports.
  • Support risk, change and project controls integration.
  • Align schedule data with cost, resources and WBS structures.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2–7+ years in project planning or project controls.
  • Proficient with Primavera P6, MS Project or similar.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field.

Desirable

  • Experience with Primavera P6 or Procore is desirable.
