About You

You are an experienced
Lead Planner
with a proven track record of delivering planning and scheduling excellence on large, complex
onshore energy or infrastructure projects
. You bring deep experience managing
multi-package project environments
, where effective coordination and integration across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines are critical to success.

You are an expert user of
Primavera P6
, capable of building, maintaining, and analysing fully integrated project schedules. Your understanding of
critical path methodology
, interface management, and performance reporting enables you to anticipate risks and drive solutions that keep projects on track.

You communicate clearly, think strategically, and are comfortable operating within cross-functional teams to ensure that planning supports high-quality, timely project delivery.

About the Role

As
Lead Planner
, you will oversee the
development, integration, and management of project schedules
across all work packages for a major onshore energy project in South-East Sweden. Reporting directly to the
Project Controls Manager (PCM)
, you will ensure that the project's planning framework enables effective decision-making and schedule performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coordinate all project planning and scheduling activities.
  • Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using
    Primavera P6
    .
  • Ensure full schedule integration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Identify and maintain visibility of the
    critical path
    , milestones, and key interfaces.
  • Monitor progress, analyse variances, and support accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with package managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure planning data accuracy.
  • Support risk management, change control, and recovery planning activities.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports and analysis to the PCM and senior leadership.
