EuroBonus Partnership Manager – Banking & Payment Card Focus

Do you have a background in the credit card business and a passion for building strategic partnerships? Are you ready to shape one of Europe's leading loyalty programs? If so, this role could be your next big opportunity 



As a EuroBonus Partnership Manager, you will drive growth by developing and managing partnerships within banking, credit cards, and financial services, ensuring EuroBonus continues to deliver exceptional value to its close to nine million members. 

Challenges you will work on
  • Lead the development of co-branded payment card programs and financial partnerships that drive member engagement and loyalty.
  • Negotiate and secure sustainable agreements with banks and fintechs to strengthen EuroBonus offerings.
  • Manage and optimize partnerships to maximize mutual benefit and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Legal) to integrate partner products seamlessly into the EuroBonus ecosystem.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor KPIs and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

To be successful, we believe you have
  • Experience or knowledge of the payment card business, banking, or fintech ecosystems.
  • Experience in financial partnerships, business development, or loyalty programs.
  • Confident in B2B solution selling, negotiation, and contract management – or eager to grow in these areas.
  • Experience in Key Account Management, performance monitoring, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with B2C marketing and activation strategies.
  • Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint in your daily work.
  • Hold a degree in business, finance, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. 


As a person, you combine a commercial mindset with a strong drive to execute and a creative approach to developing partnership opportunities. You enjoy building relationships, are socially confident and proactive, and are motivated by delivering results together with others.
