About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Change Management Lead
to guide our Client's
Meter Data Management System Consolidation
initiative. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted across the organization. You'll partner closely with project leaders, business stakeholders, and communication specialists to design and deliver a seamless change journey—from strategy to execution.

What You'll Do:

Change Impact & Readiness

  • Assess and document the scope and impact of change on people, processes, and systems.
  • Identify affected user groups and evaluate change readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings and tailor interventions.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a structured
    change management strategy and roadmap
    .
  • Define success measures, track adoption, and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Integrate change activities with key project milestones.

Engagement & Communication

  • Design targeted communication plans that build awareness, understanding, and commitment.
  • Deliver clear and engaging messaging suited to diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to measure sentiment and refine engagement approaches.

Training & Enablement

  • Partner with training teams to ensure stakeholders are equipped with new skills and system knowledge.
  • Support content creation and delivery for learning programs and user guides.

Change Execution & Support

  • Lead change execution activities including readiness assessments, resistance management, and reinforcement strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to project and business leaders on all change-related topics.
  • Provide post-launch support to ensure sustained adoption and performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading
    organizational change
    for
    IT or digital transformation projects
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    change management methodologies and frameworks
    (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to assess and interpret change impacts.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence across diverse teams and levels.
  • Familiarity with project management practices and tools is a plus.
