HAWE Hydraulik Sweden AB söker en systemstark Sales Support och Customer Service med känsla för att ge kunder och kollegor bästa möjliga upplevelse. Rollen passar dig som trivs med omväxlande arbetsuppgifter där du får kombinera service, order och administration.

Du hanterar kundernas behov och avlastar säljare, ekonomi och övriga kollegor. Det innebär även att driva proaktiva processer. Administrativa uppgifter är en central del av arbetet.

Som Sales Support och Customer Service hos oss kommer du bland annat att:
  • Hantera kundorder och tillhörande inköpsorder av våra produkter i vårt affärssystem Business Central.
  • Fakturera kund samt inköpsorder. 
  • Göra kundofferter.
  • Hantera service- och reklamationsärenden.
  • Ge bästa möjliga service till våra kunder och support till våra säljare. 
  • Leveransbevaka.
  • Administrera samt optimera flöden och processer i vårt kvalitetssystem.
  • Ha daglig kontakt och kommunikation med olika avdelningar hos moderbolaget i Tyskland och andra dotterbolag. 
  • Planera evenemang och kundaktiviteter.

Om dig

Du har erfarenhet av orderhantering, service och administration, gärna i en roll med varierande arbetsuppgifter. För att trivas och lyckas i rollen är du:

  • Strukturerad och noggrann: Du skapar ordning och hanterar flera uppgifter parallellt.
  • Flexibel och lösningsorienterad: Du ser vad som behöver göras och agerar.
  • Kommunikativ och samarbetsinriktad: Du bygger goda relationer och är tydlig i din kommunikation.
  • Snabblärd och tekniskt intresserad: Du har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system och verktyg. Vi ser en fördel om du kan Business Central. 
  • Trygg i engelska både skriftligt och verbalt. 
Övrigt 

Du börjar hos oss enligt överenskommelse och det är en heltidstjänst. Du arbetar på vårt fina kontor på Åvägen 24 i Göteborg.
