Mechanical Design Engineer

As part of our engineering department, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of 35 talented engineers, all eager to support and share their expertise with you. Our department is structured into three smaller teams, each with a mix of skills and competencies, ensuring a rich and collaborative experience. We're looking for someone who is ready to take on exciting challenges and drive excellence in our projects. Here's what we're looking for:

• Technical Leadership: Take responsibility for both small and large projects driven by customer needs.
• Design Expertise: Work on customer order designs, ensuring they are tailored to individual specifications.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and respond to inquiries and questions from both customers and suppliers.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in product improvement projects, from smaller product care initiatives to larger R&D ventures.
• Collaboration: Work alongside a talented team to continuously enhance our products and deliver outstanding results.

To excel in this role, we believe that you have following experience and knowledge: 

• Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant Experience: 2-3 years of experience from working as a Mechanical Engineer is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Creo and Windchill is beneficial.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; Swedish is advantageous, and additional languages are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: A strong willingness to learn, motivation, energy, and self-drive. You should enjoy both team and independent work, take responsibility, and be comfortable meeting new people.

Our office is located in Helsingborg were we also have our assembly centre and test facilities.This role has a hybrid set up, with at least 3 days in the office and a possibility to work remotely 2 days per week.
