Enzo Tech Group are currently working with a leading Banking & Financial Services organization who are embarking on a major Data & AI platform transformation program.

They require a Data Engineer to join them on a 6-month rolling contract, contributing to one of the most innovative data modernization initiatives in the Nordics.

This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and integration layers to support analytics, automation, and AI capabilities across the business.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL, Python, and enterprise-grade tools.


• Integrate and transform data from multiple source systems into a unified cloud-based Data & AI platform.


• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to ensure high-quality data delivery.


• Work with modern data stack tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, Informatica IDMC, or Ab Initio.


• Ensure data quality, performance, and governance standards are consistently met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Proven experience in data engineering within complex, enterprise-scale environments (preferably banking or financial services).


• Strong expertise in SQL and Python for data manipulation and pipeline automation.


• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and modern data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).


• Familiarity with data modelling, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance best practices.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams.

Contract Details:


• Duration: 6 months rolling (long-term program through 2026)


• Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week in Stockholm


• Project Partner: Swedbank in collaboration with Virtusa Consulting
