We're looking for a
Creative Strategy & Design Director
to cover parental leave—someone who can guide both creative and strategic vision across our client work. In this role, you'll partner with our data strategist and our design team to lead projects that drive real business outcomes. You'll shape the strategy, direct the creative (with a strong design lens), and ensure every deliverable ladders up to bold, measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction: Translate client goals and data insights into clear, actionable creative strategies that lead to growth.
  • Design Leadership: Oversee design execution across projects, ensuring quality, clarity, and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Client Growth Strategy: Define and lead digital growth strategies for clients across platforms, products, and campaigns.
  • Pitch Leadership: Build compelling pitch decks and present ideas to high-level clients with confidence and insight.
  • Creative Oversight: Provide direction and feedback to design team.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in creative or design strategy, with a strong digital and growth focus.
  • Proven ability to bridge data insights and creative execution.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, growth marketing, and design systems.
  • Strong client-facing skills and a collaborative, solutions-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
