Senior Fullstack Developers that want to build the future of B2B Shipping

About the role 

We are now seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our ambitious tech team and play a key role in building the next generation of our B2B freight platform. Reporting to our Tech Lead, you will work closely with product owners, UX designers, and other developers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that drive real impact for our customers. This is a hands-on role where you will have significant influence over technical decisions, architecture, and development practices. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a central role in designing, building, and shaping our new platform.
• Develop scalable and efficient solutions using TypeScript and
• Design and implement REST APIs to power our platform's core features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, UX, customer success) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Build automated tests to ensure product quality and performance. Contribute to technical discussions and help set engineering best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve our tech stack.

About You

You're an experienced Fullstack developer who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You enjoy working on both backend and frontend, have a strong sense of ownership, and take pride in delivering high-quality, user-focused solutions. 

We're looking for someone who: 

• Has 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years of building applications in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Is highly proficient in & , with a proven track record of delivering production-grade backend services. 
• Can design and implement REST APIs following best practices, with strong skill in automated testing to ensure reliability and maintainability. 
• Has hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including deployment, scaling and monitoring of applications. 
• Is comfortable with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Svelte, Angular or Vue) and integrating it with backend services. 
• Has practical experience with databases, both SQL and NoSQL (bonus if you have production experience with MongoDB).

High value if you also bring: 

• DevOps expertise – experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (Pulumi, Terraform, etc.) 
• Architecture skills – designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. 
• Infrastructure experience – provisioning, managing and optimizing cloud resources.
