About the position
The Customer Success Specialist role is an entry-level position for new HR graduates, with growth opportunities into HR project management. You'll become an expert in our HR system, represent HR departments' needs internally, and help customers get the most out of the platform. Working as a team, we ensure our customers stay happy, engaged, and inspired to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll work closely with our customers, proactively scheduling meetings and being available to support them by:
- Leading customers through the implementation of our HR system
- Onboarding and educating customers in using the system
- Keeping our knowledge base up to date for customers
- Managing the support chat and assisting with customer inquiries
- Maintaining relationships while keeping a high level service
What are we looking for?
- Recently graduated HR student with a post-secondary degree in HR (or equivalent)
- Experience within HR/equivalent during studies is highly beneficial
- Professional fluency in Swedish, Finnish & English (speech and writing)
