We're now looking for a Global Learning & Development Specialist who wants to help us build the next generation of learning in an international, technology-driven environment.

About the role

As a Global Learning & Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and driving our global learning strategy. You'll act as the enabler within our decentralized learning ecosystem, working closely with both our divisions and headquarters.

You'll take ownership of our new Learnings Management System (Sana) ensuring it's used effectively and engagingly across the organization. You'll support our divisions with tools, templates, best practices, and content, while also creating learning materials for global initiatives in areas such as diversity, feedback and communication.

The role also involves leading and coordinating other global HR initiatives related to areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, talent management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).

You'll report to our Director Leadership & Development and become a key member of our global People & Culture team.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as superuser and owner of our global LMS/LXP (Sana): structure, content, governance, and user support
  • Create guides, tools, and templates that make learning accessible and engaging across the organization
  • Lead global learning initiatives and produce digital learning content
  • Support division learning ambassadors and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Set up and facilitate cross-divisional L&D forums to share knowledge and best practices
  • Analyze learning data and provide insights that help shape learning strategies
  • Coordinate and drive global HR projects such as onboarding, engagement surveys, and DEI initiatives

Who you are

You combine a passion for learning with a genuine interest in systems, structure, and collaboration. You thrive in global, matrixed organizations and enjoy environments where you can build, improve, and enable others to succeed.

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or equivalent
  • 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
  • Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP systems (ideally Sana or similar)
  • A strong understanding of digital learning and content creation
  • Excellent skills in creating learning materials such as guides, tools, and templates
  • Experience managing initiatives like global onboarding, DEI, or employee engagement surveys
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
