In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Head of Integrations that will lead and oversee the internal integration strategy and execution across our organization. This role involves managing a team to ensure seamless integration of systems, applications, and technologies that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.

You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing integration solutions across departments and platforms.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal integration strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide visionary leadership to the integration team, fostering innovation and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of integration specialists and developers, building a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Oversee the design and implementation of integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• Stay curious about emerging technologies and industry best practices. Evaluate and recommend tools and solutions to enhance integration capabilities.
• Partner with IT, software development, and business stakeholders to understand integration needs. Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks, ensuring data security, compliance, and resilience.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

• Solid experience leading integration strategy and architecture in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Azure Integration Services and a strong grasp of API design, event-driven architectures, and real-time data flows.
• Proven ability to lead and grow technical teams, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Clear communicator who bridges business and technical perspectives with ease.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a growing environment where processes are still taking shape.
• Curious about emerging technologies and how they can make integrations smarter and more efficient.
• Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

What we see as an advantage

• Experience integrating Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite, or other large-scale enterprise systems.
• Azure certifications or equivalent experience with cloud integration platforms.
• Familiarity with data governance, security best practices, and cloud networking.
• Experience of working with an international team
