Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst with AML experience
to join a large-scale
Transformation Program within the B2B (Leasing & Factoring) domain
.

The program operates in a
matrix organization
with cross-functional workstreams that support transformation initiatives by providing expertise, ensuring streamlined delivery, and enabling a common platform across the program.

The development approach is
hybrid
, combining
agile principles and methods
with structured program planning, governance, and delivery models.

Within the
Requirements & Design workstream
, we aim to strengthen requirements capabilities and drive a replace-and-enable strategy.

Business Analysts play a key role in shaping future ways of working, modernizing business processes, and supporting a digital transformation across the organization.

Objectives of the Role

  • Drive requirements work across business processes, units, domains, and vendors with a focus on
    Asset Finance (Leasing) and AML
  • Act as a thought leader by analyzing business and system processes, capabilities, and needs
  • Create, manage, and maintain business process documentation and features
  • Manage and administrate features in
    Jira
    , ensuring transparent communication at all levels
  • Support and coach business users in defining business needs
  • Facilitate transformation towards modern, digitalized, and efficient ways of working

Responsibilities

  • Drive features and identified gaps through phases such as:
  • Internal alignment
  • Feature refinement
  • Solution design
  • Ensuring that desired business processes are fulfilled
  • Support business stakeholders in describing requirements in a
    structured and common format
    for external suppliers
  • Document and define business processes in accordance with
    BPM standards
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units (e.g., sales, finance, security, compliance) and external vendors
  • Communicate effectively with management, development, configuration, and test teams
  • Continuously evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements
  • Maintain and update Jira for transparency and traceability
  • Author and maintain internal and external documentation
  • Proactively suggest improvements to ways of working based on experience
  • Support business users in adopting new processes and working methods

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a
    Business Analyst
    in large-scale transformation programs
  • Experience in
    Core Banking transformations
  • Strong knowledge of
    Banking and Leasing business
  • Experience with
    CRM implementations
  • Domain experience within:
  • Credit
  • Payments
  • Collections
  • Finance (banking domain)
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
  • Strong
    Jira
    expertise
  • Administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in
    Swedish and English
    (spoken and written)
