We're Hiring: ASIL D Process & Methodology Expert (Automotive | FuSa & Cyber Security)

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in establishing and implementing development processes compliant with
ISO ASIL D)
. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience defining
end-to-end development methodologies
for safety-critical automotive systems.

In this role, you will help shape a
unified development framework
that brings together both
Functional Safety (FuSa)
and
Cyber Security
requirements. Experience with
ISO/SAE 21434
and a deep understanding of how cybersecurity activities integrate with ASIL-related processes is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, establish, and optimize development processes for
    ASIL D–compliant
    systems.
  • Contribute to building a combined
    FuSa + Cyber Security
    development methodology.
  • Ensure alignment with
    ISO 26262
    and
    ISO/SAE 21434
    .
  • Support teams in process rollout, documentation, training, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience setting up workflows, methods, or toolchains for
    ASIL D projects
    .
  • Strong background in automotive and safety-critical system development.
  • Experience integrating
    Cyber Security standards
    into development processes.
  • Ability to coach, guide, and drive adoption across development teams.
