Senior Test Lead – Data & DWH

We are seeking a proactive Senior Test Lead with strong expertise in data warehouses (DWH) and data flows, to drive testing activities in a lean-agile environment. The role ensures quality, traceability, and stability in data deliveries, while fostering a culture of continuous testing and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate testing across sprints, PI cycles, and value streams.

Define and maintain test strategies, plans, and traceability (requirements → test cases → results).

Perform hands-on testing of data flows, data quality, and reports, including SQL-based validations.

Mentor developers in testing practices, automation, and quality awareness.

Collaborate across teams to manage technical dependencies and improve testing processes.

Requirements:

4–6+ years in test leadership or technical testing in DWH/data environments.

Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.

SQL proficiency and experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar tools.

Familiarity with lean-agile methodologies and PI planning.

ISTQB certification preferred; experience in financial sector or regulatory reporting is a plus.
