Are you our new Account & Project Manager?
As InformaIT continues to grow, we're strengthening our customer experience and scaling our operations. We're looking for an Account & Project Manager to join our team – someone who thrives at the intersection of client success, project delivery, and long-term relationship building.

In this role, you'll be the
primary point of contact for our customers
, ensuring they derive real value from our products and services. You'll manage both new and existing accounts, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfied customers.

What you'll do as an Account & Project Manager

  • Own client relationships. You'll serve as the main point of contact for key clients. Build trust, strengthen partnerships, and ensure satisfaction across your portfolio.
  • Plan and execute account strategies. Develop clear account plans that align client objectives with our business goals. Forecast account health, identify risks, and track opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate delivery and projects. You'll create structured delivery plans, manage timelines and budgets, and guide cross-functional teams in sales, support, and product to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Resolve challenges quickly. Manage client requests and issues efficiently. Identify root causes and drive follow-up actions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Drive account growth. Spot opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Collaborate with the team to prepare tailored proposals and statements of work.
  • Lead renewals and negotiations. Manage renewals and commercial discussions to secure long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Report and analyze performance. Run account reviews and QBRs, monitor key metrics (CSAT, NPS, renewals, expansion), and provide insights that support continuous improvement.

What We Hope You Bring

  • +3 years in account management and/or project management in an international environment.
  • Experience in enterprise software/SaaS or technology services.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and time management; comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and implement pragmatic solutions.
  • Ability to build and execute strategic account plans for long-term retention and growth.
  • Nice to have: Experience with regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences/Pharma).
