As a Lead Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of food processing equipment. You will take technical ownership from concept through prototyping and into final product delivery. The role combines hands-on engineering with system-level thinking, bringing together mechanics, electrical, and automation disciplines.

In larger projects, you will lead the technical development in close cooperation with a project manager. In smaller projects, you will take full responsibility – both technically and for overall execution. This mix gives you the chance to work broadly across disciplines while still diving into the details where it matters.

Beyond traditional engineering you will also contribute to introducing digital tools and machine learning into our development process, designing equipment that becomes smarter, more energy-efficient and more reliable over time.

Who You Are

• Degree or relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
• Strong problem-solver, curious about integrating multiple technical disciplines
• Comfortable taking responsibility for both technical content and project delivery
• Interest or experience in applying data analysis and machine learning to engineering challenges is a plus
