Are you our new Compliance Officer?

You will contribute to, and be responsible for, the Compliance framework and related processes, such as the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest and the Whistleblowing process. You should be experienced in working with risk from a structured point of view and have good knowledge in risk methodology.

You will also support the different units within Group Compliance with process- and methodology knowledge being responsible for developing and maintaining the risk mapping, planning and quarterly reporting.  

What will you do:

  • Developing the compliance method and implementing it in various processes, such as risk mapping and planning.
  • Drafting and maintaining the Group Compliance framework, in particular the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest and Whistleblowing.
  • Be involved in the information gathering and overview required on Group Compliance level.
  • Drafting the quarterly compliance report t
  • Set structures and processes for ways of working within Group Compliance and the markets/Governance.
  • Regularly support to the local Intrum entities in various matters

What we´re looking for: 

  • Very good skills in structure and risk methodology as well as the analysis of risks
  • Very good skills in key compliances processes
  • Contribute with an analytical mindset to the ongoing work and development of the Group Compliance function
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Proactive personality, able to work independently and take own initiatives
  • Able to process and to communicate complex information, identifying key aspects and suggesting alternative in order to optimize results
  • Basic knowledge about data protection and AML legislations
