Program Manager

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

Ensure transformation programs and initiatives are in alignment with corporate strategy, vision and priorities

Establish and maintain governance structures, including steering committees and reporting frameworks

Define KPIs and success metrics to track progress and impact.

Facilitate, prepare and follow up on Steering Committee meetings with all stakeholders – incl ensuring presentation material.

Engage with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners.

Facilitate communication and alignment across business units.

When needed; lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives on time and within budget.

Monitor risks, dependencies, and inter-project impacts.

Support organizational change through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Promote adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors.

Provide regular updates to executive leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.

Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Allocate resources effectively across initiatives.

Track and manage program budgets and financial performance.

Identify lessons learned and best practices

Oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives, ensuring prioritization and resource allocation align with strategic goals.

Identify and promote innovative solutions, technologies, or methodologies that support transformation objective

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery or outcomes.

Ensure transformation initiatives comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Previous Experience

Experience handling confidential data/information

PMO experience

Experience building business cases

Automotive and/or consulting experience is a merit as well as programming experience and working with (gen) AI

Languages

English, both verbal and in writing
