We are hiring Test Engineerfor the position based in Goteborg, Sweden.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer is highly hands-on and focused on executing, validating, and troubleshooting autonomous system functionality in real-world and controlled test track environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and reliability of autonomous and ADAS solutions by performing autonomous testing, fault tracing, structured reporting, and contributing to test automation initiatives.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 7–8 years of experience as a Test Engineer, Verification & Validation Engineer, or similar role.
  • Proven experience working in Linux-based environments.
  • Strong background in validation and verification (V&V) processes.
  • Programming knowledge sufficient for debugging, Troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (e.g., python, C/C++,or similar).
  • Hands-on experience working across both software and hardware systems.
  • Strong background in validation and verification (V&V) processes.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems and structured test documentation practices.
  • Experience in testing autonomous driving systems or advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
  • Valid C or CE driving license is a strong advantage

  • Ability to work independently in situations with incomplete or evolving requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English.
