Role Description

This is a full-time role located in the region around Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö for a Field Service and Applications Engineer. The role involves providing hands-on technical support, performing troubleshooting and maintenance of microscopy systems, and delivering field service for our customers. You will directly interact with customers to ensure optimal system performance, conduct installations, and address technical issues. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction will be central to your responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Field Service and Troubleshooting to install, maintain, and repair advanced microscopy systems.
  • Experience in providing Technical Support with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Technical expertise in electronics, mechanics, or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent proficiency in a Nordic language and good knowledge of English.
  • Prior experience in electron microscopy or surface analysis is a significant asset but not required.
