About the position

As the Group Accounting Manager you work globally in an international environment with finance colleagues from several countries at different continents. You have the overall responsibility for the group's accounting and ensure good quality in the finance reporting. We are an entrepreneurial company and you will work both operationally and strategically with the group accounting topics and previous experience from IFRS is an advantage.

You are responsible for preparing the Group's annual report, developing
Dellner Group's Accounting and Reporting guidelines
and establishment of the procedures ensuring that the guidelines are followed. An important part of the work is to create an effective reporting structure for our future growth, where the next step in that process is the implementation of a consolidation tool and it is our new accounting manager who will be responsible for that work. Part of your daily work is to lead the work within the finance function while being operational in reporting, consolidation and analysis. The role is located in Borlänge or Stockholm and travels may occur at times. You report directly to our Group CFO, also located in Borlänge.

About you and qualifications

To be successful in this role, we see that you have several years of experience in consolidated accounting and has in your previous roles worked in international company groups that reports in accordance with IFRS. In addition to expertise in consolidated accounting, you also have knowledge and experience from financial reporting and consolidation. You are a structured team player who work goal-oriented toward set goals, keep schedules, are proactive and solution-oriented.

Experience from previous positions where you have worked actively with acquisitions, as well as financing, is an advantage for this role to be able to support transactions and subsequent integration of acquired companies from an accounting and reporting perspective. You have an academic degree in economics or equivalent and communicate fluently in English.
