Your Role

As an experienced finance SAP S/4HANA consultant, you will be responsible for optimizing end-to-end financial accounting processes, delivering client value in complex and innovative SAP programs for leading global organizations. This including:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Provide strategic advice and expertise to clients on SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and/or Treasury.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, WM, PM) and external systems.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA Finance, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience and proven track record in implementing SAP finance solutions in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Ideally, you have experience from being a team-lead for a finance area within a global SAP S/4HANA implementation. You are comfortable facilitating workshops and secure aligning between IT and the business.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
