About the Carry & Employee Operations teamThis role sits within EQT's Carry & Employee Operations team, part of the wider Fund Operations function. The team focuses on operational aspects of EQT's carried interest, employee incentive and equity programs. We work across functions and geographies to deliver structured, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the roleYou'll support operational and analytical processes related to EQT's carried interest and employee equity programs. Working closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Legal, Finance and Investment Advisory teams, you will help ensure data accuracy, improve tooling and reporting, and support EQT's overall people and investment strategy.
Key responsibilities include:- Analyze and maintain complex data related to carried interest and employee incentive structures.
- Develop and improve operational tools, processes and reports to support internal stakeholders.
- Model scenarios, validate data and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate insights and address queries on equity-related topics.
- Support the implementation of new digital solutions, working with modern data tools and systems.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving transparency, automation and scalability.
You're a proactive and structured thinker, eager to make an impact through analytical excellence and thoughtful collaboration. You enjoy solving complex problems and translating numbers into clear, actionable insights.
Essential skills & experience:- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Business or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in data modeling and problem solving.
- Proficiency in managing and interpreting large or complex datasets.
- Experience with data tools or platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, NotebookLM or similar).
- Ability to explain technical data and models clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Interest in (or familiarity with) private equity structures, carried interest and employee equity programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and structure in your work.
- Experience working in fund operations, financial services or private equity.
- Familiarity with digital transformation or process improvement projects.
- Comfort navigating sensitive or confidential topics.
