Rollöversikt

Som Product Owner Team Lead kommer du att leda och coacha ett team på 3–5 Product Owners. Du säkerställer samordning mellan produktroadmaps, underlättar samarbetet med Engineering, Design och Business samt driver leveransen av Kodiak Hubs strategiska SRM-funktioner. Du kombinerar stark domänkunskap, ledarskap och genomförandeförmåga för att öka produktens påverkan och teamets prestation.

Du kommer att:

  • Äga den övergripande produktstrategin över flera produktområden och säkerställa att den ligger i linje med företagets mål.
  • Coacha, stötta och vägleda ditt PO-team i prioritering, intressenthantering och produktbeslut.
  • Fungera som senior eskaleringspunkt för komplexa produktfrågor.
  • Driva samarbete mellan team (Engineering, Data, UX, Business) för att säkerställa leverans och kvalitet.
  • Delta i att definiera OKRs, mätvärden och framgångskriterier samt följa upp resultat.
  • Vara en nyckelperson i produktplanering, budgetering och resursfördelning.
  • Bidra till kontinuerlig förbättring av produktutvecklingsprocesser.

Vad du bidrar med (krav och kvalifikationer)

  • 8–10+ års relevant erfarenhet inom produktledning, produktägarskap, projektledning, IT‑verksamhetsanalys eller liknande roller.
  • Tidigare ledarskapserfarenhet (ledning av Product Owners, IT Business Analysts eller liknande roller).
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att driva produktleveranser i SaaS- eller B2B‑miljöer.
  • Djup förståelse för agil produktutveckling (Scrum, Kanban m.m.).
  • Utmärkta färdigheter i intressenthantering och kommunikation.
  • Stark analytisk förmåga, datadrivet tankesätt och förmåga att omsätta insikter till handling.
  • Förmåga att coacha och utveckla talang.
  • Erfarenhet av inköp, leverantörskedja eller företagsmjukvara är en fördel.
  • Flytande engelska i tal och skrift.
