About the role

As a Product Owner BC you will take ownership of ExFlow AP BC, our powerful accounts payable automation solution for Business Central. In this key role, you'll drive product strategy, ensure development execution, and act as the central point of contact for all things ExFlow AP BC.

Your main responsibilities

As Product Owner BC, you'll playn important role in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for ExFlow AP BC, including:

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for ExFlow AP BC based on market needs and company goals.
• Lead product planning and release management, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
• Define and prioritize features and user stories, making critical decisions to keep the development process moving forward.
• Support the development team by ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and providing guidance during sprints.
• Conduct product-related research to inform feature development and strategic direction.
• Lead the product board, collaborating closely with Sales, Delivery, and Executive teams.
• Maintain and publish product artifacts including roadmaps, release notes, and technical documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across teams.
• Escalate and manage resource or competence needs, reporting to the Sr. Director of Product BC when necessary.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of managing successful software products.
• Solid knowledge and experience working with Microsoft technologies, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar products.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
