Är du en noggrann och lösningsorienterad person som trivs med att ha struktur och ordning i ditt arbete? Har du erfarenhet av orderadministration och vill vara en del av ett engagerat team? Vi söker nu förstärkning i vårt orderteam. Tjänsten är en visstidsanställning på sex månader.

På Idnet levererar vi moderna IT-stöd för affärskritiska processer. Det gör att vi kan hjälpa våra kunder att möta dagens utmaningar inom handel och lagerhantering. Med egna system, branschens ledande tillverkare och vårt intresse för den senaste tekniken hjälper vi våra kunder att förbättra och förenkla vardagen. Som Orderadministratör
har du en central roll i vår leveranskedja. Du ansvarar för att våra order- och inköpsprocesser fungerar smidigt och effektivt, och är en viktig länk mellan våra interna team och externa kontakter. Du arbetar tätt med lager, sälj och ekonomi för att säkerställa att våra kunder får rätt produkter i rätt tid.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har erfarenhet inom orderadministration, gärna med fokus på hårdvara.
  • Erfarenhet av Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations eller annat Microsoftbaserad ERP.
  • Är van att jobba nära kund och leverantörer och trivs i en koordinerande roll.
  • Talar och skriver professionell svenska och engelska.
  • God kunskap i Excel samt en stark systemvana.

Som person är du
strukturerad, noggrann och serviceinriktad. Du trivs i en koordinerande roll, tar egna initiativ och bidrar gärna med idéer för att utveckla arbetssätt och processer.

Anställningsform

Tjänsten är en allmän visstidsanställning på 6 månader med önskvärd start i november, men gärna så snart som möjligt.
