Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction with EGO solutions. Daily tasks will include managing client portfolios, preparing sales reports, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Additionally, this role will involve identifying market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills to build and maintain client partnerships.
  • Experience with sales strategies, account management, and developing growth plans.
  • Analytical skills for market research, identifying trends, and tracking competitor activities.
  • Knowledge of the garden or landscaping technology sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
