Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, BMG Trada Certifiering AB – a TÜV Rheinland company, supports customers in the Nordic Countries with a wide range of certification and assurance services. Today, approximately 30 specialists in Sweden work within TÜV Rheinland.

Within Business Stream People & Business Assurance, we focus on assessing management systems that help our clients secure high operational quality and establish a strong foundation for continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

We are now seeking a Lead Auditor & ISO Technical Manager (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), a driven expert who will oversee the ISO schemes within our Swedish organization while also performing management system audits.

What will be your challenges?
As Lead Auditor
You Will

• Independently or as part of a team perform audits of management systems within quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
• Prepare audit plans, conduct audits on-site at customer premises, and deliver high-quality audit reports.

As Technical Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our certification operations in Sweden.
In This Role, You Will

• Lead and develop our ISO schemes within the Swedish organization, ensuring high quality, strong governance, and continuous improvement.
• Represent BMG Trada / TÜV Rheinland in external meetings and actively strengthen our relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the global TÜV Rheinland network.
• Secure and elevate auditor competence, managing qualification, approval, and ongoing development under our SWEDAC accreditation, as well as international accreditations such as DAKks and ANAB.
• Drive compliance excellence, taking full responsibility for accreditation requirements and all accreditation-related interactions with SWEDAC.
• Coordinate and support strategic ISO initiatives, contributing to ongoing improvements within ISO 17021 and other key ISO management system schemes.
• Lead the planning and coordination of international customer audits, ensuring high-quality execution within our DAKks and ANAB certification projects.

What do we expect from you?

• A completed Bachelor's degree (mandatory), preferably in a technical or environmental discipline.
• Several years of hands-on experience with quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience across multiple industries.
• Several years of auditing experience and, ideally, certification as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong reporting and drafting abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
• A valid driving license (B).
