A Typical Day in This Role
As part of our team, you'll:
* Shape Great Experiences: Work closely with colleagues and customers to understand what they need and help design user experience solutions that work seamlessly. We are developing the User Interface for M3, and tools like Experience Designer. With a touch of GenAI we are aiming at giving all M3 users a smooth and efficient experience.
* Support Growth & Improvement: Test new ideas, solve problems, and document your progress to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Write and Test: Create user-friendly documentation to help others understand our solutions and conduct thorough tests to ensure they work perfectly.
* Be a Problem-Solver: Help identify and fix issues, ensuring our solutions are as effective as possible.
* Collaborate Across Borders: Connect with team members in Sweden, Poland, and Manila, as well as customers and partners around the world.
* Learn & Share Knowledge: Stay curious, explore new ideas, and help the team grow stronger together.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
* Has Experience: You've worked with M3, either as a consultant or within a company that uses it, or maybe you have a development background?
* Cares About Users: You're passionate about creating easy-to-use solutions.
