Interim Office Manager

As our current Office Manager is going on parental leave at the end of March 2026, we're now looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team in central Stockholm who can shoulder this responsibility for c. 14 months, starting mid-February 2026.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our Stockholm HQ, including supplies, vendors, contracts, and maintenance.
• Be the first point of contact for office-related questions and onboarding logistics. Ensure that new hires feel welcome and have what they need.
• Support Finance and People Operations with documentation, scheduling, and internal communications.
• Anticipate and solve small problems before they become big ones - from meeting room logistics to snack strategy.
• Help create smooth workflows between our on-site and remote team members so everyone feels included and aligned.
• An important part of the the role is to plan and coordinate team events, offsites, conferences (abroad) and celebrations, and help nurture our creative and collaborative vibe. There are at least two larger external conferences and two off-sites per year as well as our Christmas Party etc.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in event planning.
• Prior experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and a love for creating order and structure.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working across tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT etc.
• A collaborative and friendly attitude, you're the kind of person people naturally go to for help.
• Bonus: Experience in a start-up or a scale-up.
