Internship JOST Umeå – Online solutions

Spring or autumn 2026

At JOST Umeå AB we develop and maintain our customer portal and e-commerce system used by customers around the world. Our e-commerce platform handles more than orders yearly and is constantly growing with new users and new markets. We want our customer portal to be the number one self-service tool for our customers, creating trust and commitment within all it's features.    

As an intern you will be able to drive your own project within our team. This could for example be within the following topics, but we are open for input:

• Perform market analysis e.g competitors, market needs, product strategy etc

• Make proposal of design of new self-service features in our online customer portal, using design tools as personas and scenarios

• Create KPI analysis of our online business using our BI-systems

•     Other topics that would increase the usage of our portal

An internship in our Online solutions team would include:

• Be a part of the daily business including meetings, planning and discussions with internal and external partners

• Be a part of project group when launching new markets

• Work with enrichment of products in our PIM system (PIMCore)

• Support our markets in e-commerce system Magento 

• Other activities

We are looking for someone who is curious, driven, communicative and fluent in English. Maybe you are studying within one of the following areas: Business administration, marketing, business development, system development, project management or similar. The application is open until 28th of February. The internship can take place either during the spring or autumn semester in 2026.
