Change Manager

9 month contract

Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in Malmo office

ENGLISH & SWEDISH SPEAKING IS A MUST

Role description:

You will be central in driving change management and communication at the client within a project that is about changing working methods and IT systems. The change will affect the organization that works with the planning that must take place in order to be able to select and prioritize the right projects to drive investments in the networks. The project is a pilot project within the group and it is important to learn lessons for future implementations further in the group. The project requires collaboration with colleagues in Sweden but also internationally within the group.

Job responsibilities


• Lead and coordinate change management to support the transition to new systems and working methods.


• Identify and engage affected groups within the organization, and ensure that they are prepared for Go-Live and continued use.


• Support the transformation through a structured methodology, from the current to the desired future state.

Communication:


• Responsible for communication planning and implementation of communication efforts for different parts of the Regional Network, Local Network and Connection Business.


• Develop and use different communication channels (e.g. Intranet, newsletters, physical forums) to effectively reach different target groups.


• Create and distribute relevant information and training material.

Stakeholder Management:


• Manage stakeholders within the company, primarily the Regional Network, Local Network and Connection Business.


• Participate in setting up user groups and ensuring that all users – both daily and infrequent users – are involved and trained.


• Ensure that designated employees participate in planned "Train the Trainer" (December 2025) through targeted information efforts. Training will take place through joint training efforts managed by a separate group within the project.

Qualifications:


• Experience in change management and communication in larger transformation projects.


• Good understanding of the connection between business processes and systems.


• Competence in stakeholder management and project management.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Experience of working with different communication channels and target groups.


• Meritorious: Experience from the energy industry or similar complex organizations.
