About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to join a dynamic, forward-thinking technology team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of identity lifecycle management and access governance systems. You will play a key role in enhancing scalability, efficiency, and security across enterprise identity platforms, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SailPoint IIQ expert, driving best practices in design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance identity lifecycle management and access governance
    systems.
  • Work hands-on with SailPoint IIQ codebase to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate within the IAM team to develop innovative solutions and promote knowledge-sharing.
  • Contribute to continuous integration, automation, and testing of identity management processes.

Requirements:

  • years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Minimum years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong expertise in access governance, identity lifecycle management, and IAM best practices.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Microservices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Solid understanding of testing frameworks and quality assurance in IAM solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise-grade environments, ideally within the fintech
    sector.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to collaboration.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • English proficiency: Advanced (B2 level or higher).
