The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Campaign Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-focused environment. You'll manage your own global influencer campaigns from start to finish, working closely with brands, creators, and internal teams to deliver top-quality results. You'll own timelines, budgets, and outcomes, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and meets its goals.

What You'll Do

• Manage and execute global influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.

• Use our platform to handle influencer onboarding, logistics, deadlines, and content tracking.

• Communicate with brands and creators, ensuring smooth processes and creative alignment.

• Own campaign goals, timelines, and budgets, and analyze key results.

• Work closely with our tech, sales, and customer success teams.

• Stay up to date with creator culture and platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Discord.

Who You Are

• 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, gaming, tech, or media.

• Skilled communicator with great project management abilities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Analytical, organized, and passionate about gaming and creator communities.

• Bonus: experience with Twitch, YouTube, or gaming campaigns.
