WHAT YOU'LL DO
​

As a DC Planner you are responsible for staff planning, shrinkage, capacity analysis and optimization, all in close collaboration with the operations and controlling team.

Key responsibilities

• Operations planning
• Plan staff and temps to balance cost efficiency, flexibility, and service level
• Development of planning tools and methods
• Follow up on targets and monitor development
• Analyse staff performance and identify opportunities for improvement or risk mitigation.
• Follow up on shrinkage, scrapping, and overall stock routines with the operations and controlling teams.
• Monitor stock capacity

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
​

You will join a team of two Operations Controllers and one DC Planner at H&M Distribution Centre (DC) in Eskilstuna, led by our DC Controlling Manager Torbjörn Gustafsson.

The DC in Eskilstuna today consists of approximately 400 colleagues who take responsibility for the logistics operations and distribution of fashion items for our retail customers across Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland and Denmark.

We are looking for people with…​

• Great communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. Collective agreement with Unionen. The location is based in Eskilstuna and is part of the Logistic Region Europe. As DC Planner, you report directly to DC Controlling Manager. Start date during spring 2026 or by agreement. Since production is open 24/7 this role requires the possibility to work both day and evening shifts.
